Visiting Penywaun today, Bryan Morris, Rhondda Cynon Taf Council’s Allotment Officer, confirmed there are waiting lists for both Penywaun allotment sites (at Mangoed and Keir Hardie).
If you want an allotment plot, ring RCT Council and ask to speak to the Allotment Officer.
Hopefully this year, the weather might be a little less wet than 2007. Fingers crossed.
